What if This is My First bootybarre or bbarreless Class Online?
Classes are tailored to meet all levels of experinece. It doesn't matter is this is your first or your tenth class, Nicole will ease you into the excercices (and give options for those up to challenge of taking it to the next level!). Nicole will chat with you via FaceTime or Zoom to met eachother and go over some exercises to help you out before your first class.

What Should I Wear?
You will be moving and working up a sweat! Work out clothes that stretch and breathe are best. Grip socks (available for purchase at class) are recommended, but some people prefer to go barefoot.
What If I'm Pregnant?
It is usually safe to continue classes if you were already doing bootybarre or bbarreless classes before you got pregnant.
